Please note that all Made on Gibson customers are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions when placing an order. Should you have any queries relating to the following, please don’t hesitate to contact us via our Get in Touch form on this website or at admin@madeongibson.com.au

Local Deliveries

  • Made on Gibson offer free, local, next-day delivery if ordered before 5pm the previous day. This includes the areas between Burekup to Dalyellup, WA. Any orders placed after this time will be scheduled within 2 days of the order, unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery times will vary between the hours of 8am & 6pm. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

  • If the recipient of your Made on Gibson gift box is not available to accept the delivery, we will leave the gift at the front door, unless otherwise specified - As our gift boxes can contain perishable items such as chocolate, we strongly suggest ensuring that the recipient will be home/on location the day of the delivery. Made on Gibson will not be held responsible for theft or reduction in quality of the product should the recipient not be home to receive the package.

  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled on the day that the gift box is due for delivery - see below Cancellation Policy for more information.

  • When placing an order that contains alcohol, you are confirming that both the purchaser and the recipient are at least 18 years of age. Made on Gibson supports the responsible service & consumption of alcohol. It is an offense to obtain and/or supply liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. This is the senders responsibility.

Shipping

  • For non-local deliveries, we will send your gift box via Australia Post. We offer $10 flat-rate shipping for Australia-wide orders.

  • We will contact you to let you know when your gift box has been shipped. This will include a tracking number so that you can follow it all the way to it’s recipient!

  • We will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days of purchase, however unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times & cannot accept accountability for delays caused by Australia Post.

  • Should you gift be urgent, please contact us for express post options.

  • We will ensure to pack your gift box with care so that it arrives to you or you loved one as it left us. However, if your gift arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@madeongibson.com.au

    Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled on the day of local deliveries or once the gift has been posted for shipped deliveries.

  • Should you decide that you wish to cancel or amend your order - please provide us with 24 hours notice. You can do this by sending us an email at: admin@madeongibson.com.au or by sending us a DM on our Facebook or Instagram page. Upon agreement of cancellation, Made on Gibson will provide you with a refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Made on Gibson pride ourselves on exceptional quality. If, for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of the products that you have received, please contact us via email as soon as possible with your complaint (photos may be requested to better understand the reason for the complaint). We will then decide at our discretion whether a refund or exchange is valid. If so, we will provide you with an exchange in 2-3 business days, or a refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Made on Gibson sources a range of products from a variety of vendors & only carry a few of each item at any given time. If, for some reason you are unhappy with a specific product within your Made on Gibson gift box, we may exchange that particular product with something else of the similar quality. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to swap an item with an exact replacement.

Product Substitution

  • Our website is updated regularly to ensure that the products that you are ordering is what you will receive. However, dependent on availability & quality, we may replace an item/s that is listed in your gift box with something of similar quality & price. On the rare occasion that this is not possible, we will contact you prior to your gift being delivered.
